We have an 08 l/c 50. I was changing the torsion spring and it lloks like the clutch shoes are opening up to far and rubbing on the clutch housing. I am assuming that the springs are worn out since it works fine. I f so what size or color are equal to the stock springs? this set up works very well for us and we dont want to change. Any input would help Thx.

We are out of the 50 class, we ran 2000
springs in ours. We just replaced the clutch
in our 70 because it also had wear marks like
yours.
