Ok Everyone,
Now I know that is going to sound like a stupid question to most of you, but I am tired of searching and reaching a DEAD END. I am trying to find a frame for my husband for a 1986 250 Quad. Problem is, that we are not sure if it is a RM 250 or a LT250R. Are the frames the same or completely different? PLEASE HELP! I can find frames for the RM but not for the LT250R. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the site.
Now, the RM250 is the Suzuki 2-stroke dirt bike. So your 1986 250 quad would be the Suzuki LT250R QuadRacer. Frames for years 1985-86 would work for your 1986 LT250R. These frames are getting tougher to find, why I've vowed my 4th frame will be the last!
Try the usual, ebay or look online for an ATV salvage yard near your location.
