ktm bike engine and polaris outlaw "s" similiarities?

Does anyone know how similiar the engine mounting points are on the polaris outlaw straight axle and the ktm (exc, mxc, sx, 525 or 450) dirtbike. I just picked up 525s roller for a pretty good deal and i think it will be easier to find a used bike engine vs. the quad, plus I like that it will already have the kickstart option. Reverse is not a concern so that doesn't matter. Thanks.
