300ex wont turn over, grinding noise in engine

I was riding today and got stuck, so i pushed it out while running giving it gas to get it out. All the sudden I heard a grinding noise and my quad shut off, so I got home and now it wont turn over just clicks once and makes a humming noise. I jus put a new selinoid and battey in a month ago. Any ideas what it could be? I was thinking the clutch

check to make sure the batttery is fully charged. mine makes a sometimes does that when the battery is low

battery is fully charged. I still cant figure it out

check alll wires and also it could be the starter stuck mine did it and i took a screw driver and beat on the starter and it worked
