cold on one side shee

heys guys my shee is cold on the left side.. i changed plugs , didnt hepl
chaged spark plug wired around , didnt help .
so any ideas could it be a leaky head gasket into one side casing it to be cool.
becase it does run but wont idel good at all slugish up untill about mid and wide open is fine./
