ok it poped out of third gear.......Now no.... gear works. Anyone have this happen to them...any ideas before i split the cases?

These Jailing motors have some of the strongest trannies you can get in terms of pitbike motors. It may be your shift forks are gone but I'm looking toward your crank again. That's the ONLY flaw with this motor is the crank because of the weight distribution.

I took the side cover off the flywheel and everything seems fine ..... Is there another place i should also look at?

i need a flywheel puller.....any other bikes puller work?? or is this special?

Go on ebay and check for pitbike flywheel puller. I'm thinking shift fork if it's not the crank.

The one thing i did find so far is the plastic oil pump gear is broke in half...

I need a Clip/keeper...that keeps the shift fork in place on the drum.....anyone have a extra or of a old motor???

I think I have one at the house. Will have to check to be sure. But if you ordered that Lifan this motor will be a paper weight once the Lifan goes in.
