red bud is having a quads only race on 9/27/2009 in am with practice for bikes and quads in the afternoon.

Sounds good, lets support it if possible

You guys still planning on going? We still want to come but a few of my buddies from up north are telling me that they are going to make the mini quads (90cc and under) run the small track. Scott, can you get ahold of AMY and see if this is true? We have about half a dozen riders from our area wanting to come up and race but it's not going to be worth our time to run the small track. Let me know...

For the quads only race, all of the minis except the 50s race on the big track. They did this last time and Amy siad they will be doing it that way again. We will be there.

can we run our 80 cobra with foot shift and auto clutch in 90 prod.

and i think we can run our cobra with cr 85 motor in 90 mod.

amy siad that if we get enough minis in afternoon we can practice on the big track but we would need 12

(a 70 cvt would be fine as they run the big track at Nats)

Heres the skinny,in the GLMX series the 70cvt has been running the small track,only at GRATTAN did they run the big track.Ithink if we had 10 or so 70cvt they would let us run the big track.

Ryko as for your 85 it will be ran in the 90mod,I looked up the rules and it says (90 production 51-90cc 2 stroke or 51 to 125 4 stroke no bike motors or after market chassis Fully auto cobras are eligible shifter cobras are not) also there is a sunday atv only race at BAJA this weekend and there track ROCKS hope some of you guys can make it.

When I spoke to Amy she told me the 50 and the 70's will be on the mini track...Only the 90's are on the big track.

for the races the glmx series runs that way but i think she will let 70 and 90 s for practice.
i want to go but i cant see driving 4 hrs to race a am race with only 4 rides and not being able to practice in the afternoon.

So we would have to run our ECX-70 with hand clutch on the small track? We really want to come but not worth the drive to run the small track.

jon in michigan the only cobras that can run prod class are single speeds.

all shifters run 90 mod. (thre are only about 3 kids in michigan that run 90 mod and 1 of them yruns a single speed 75)

i am trying to get a hold of people to see who is coming.
it is a 3.5 hr drive for me and i would rather not drive that far just to open ride for a couple of hours. i will give you a buzz.
