whats the best oil/ oil filter for my ltr? plz give me ur advice ... also how often should i change it?

i run bel-ray 10w-40 thumper semi syntetic oil. i change my oil and oil filter every 3 rides

I also use the Thumper oil, 20w-50, though. Use a stainless steel filter and change oil after every two rides or after every one race.

um iv heard alot of people say that rath is really good, but i think they r more money though. There the ones with the netting as the heel guard

yea im not wantin to pay 300 for a pair... maybe i will find some soon.. i hate ridin the track without them

ya those r a must when riding tracks. ya just keep looking on ebay or something. You should be able to find a decent pair for about $150 -200 hope this helps

Go to ******** forum, tons of stuff for sale there and you should be able to find some nerfs. As for what kind, they're really all the same but I prefer the pro peg with built in heel guard.

I know a lot of guys that use 20w-50 in the ltrs

thx man.. i will look into that ... if i can find it ... i just bought some of the 20w50 an a K&N filter so maybe it will get here so i can ride this weekend..
