250ex=no spark

I have a Honda 250ex sportrax (2002) that wasn't ran for 2 years as it was in storage. I got it out, cleaned the carb, put a new plug in it, and had the coil tested (it was good). It will not start. It turns over just fine. Gas sprays ok, but there is NO SPARK, NO Fire. I need help with this. Money is tight and i need to regrettably sell this thing ASAP. ANy help or Ideas will be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you.
