I have a 03 predator. Typicaly how long does a predator last if ridden pritty hard. Thinking if I should rebuild

Define ridden hard...

Have you cracked your frame yet near the tank? If not ride harder...

I would not worry about it, it will let you know when it is done and needs to be rebuilt.

My 03 smokes upon fire up but still runs hard, and clears up after 10 seconds. I view this as enhanced upper end lubrication and as long as the plug is not fouling then no worries.

If you hear a loud knocking then I would check your oil & filter for metallic particles... that normally is the indication things are heading south. The crank & rod bearings will leave traces in the oil if the are being rapidly worn.... ie beat on

Acually I have broke the frame on both sides by the tank nose diving on a table top. Had to take moter out weld frame and put gussets on. Now good as new
