Is a 2008 LE Outlaw worth the money?

My dealer has a New 2008 Limited Edition Outlaw 525s for 4900.00. Is this a ok deal or not? What are the upgrades besides the paint? Thanks in advance

Not a bad price for an excellent machine.

Its a great bike for a great price, but yes the paint and graphics are the only difference. Its also nice to be different from every red and white outlaw.
