Well motor is tore down and getting ready for the goods.
Plans to be done by end of month

Dasa pipe
cp 13.5 piston
web stg2 cams
drg ported head
sredum 43mm carb bore
fast64ranchero carb mods
vortex ignition
modded stock box and dirt bike filter

Bike stock made 50.5whp with cork out and with pipe made 55whp 38ftlbs. These things really respond well to mods. Goal is to pick up power and torque across the board and pick up around 5-6whp peak. This bike ripped already so Im super excited to see what we can do. Ill keep you guys posted. Just thought you guys might find it cool. Wish me luck.

You better hold on buddy! She's gonna rip! I'm satisfied with the power it makes in stock form. haha I couldn't imagine riding my bike with all those mods done to it. Good luck on the build and keep us posted.

Do they make a big bore kit for that motor yet? I think with the mods you listed it will see 65 to the rear wheels mainly because of the web cams. If you added more displacement, I think it would be even more interesting.

Here some preliminary pics of the new front end. Jb pro series arms and fox float dsc. The new arms move the mounting point inward and a touch lower. Keeping the same length shock but the arms and shocks take wheel travel from 9.5 inches to 10.5 inches. So not only is the geometry gonna be better but has more useable wheel travel. First dune trip was very very promising. I cant wait to get it on the track. Still waiting for my new fox rear shock. Its the new version with anti-bottoming feature. Ill post pics of that soon enough.

Here is a pic of the old setup with RocketRon rebuilds. This setup worked really really nice but not quite where I wanted it. I was very competitive in A class with this setup. TAking top 5 finishes in Itp Quadcross and northwest quadnationals. Just wanted to try something different. Seems you can never leave well enough alone.

Oh and just to let you guys know the motor is back together and running EXTREMELY WELL. I think you guys are gonna be very impressed with what DRG llc has done with my machine. Put it this way. I would be willing to bet this machine would pull holeshots in pro clas NO PROBLEM!!!!! And thats a conservative assumption. Its that nice. Dyno sheets coming soon. Ill post graphs of stock vs.uncorked vs. bolt on vs. built. To show the progression of this beast.

Ive tuned and assembled quads for several years now and operate a dyno on the side. This thing is the real deal.

IM waiting!

Posted by: ltr311

Here is the preliminary graph. Still have some things to fix. My carb and head dont match at all. I sent my carb and boot to someone else to do while DRG had my head. So thats getting fixed this week. Then Ill hit the rollers again with hopefully somewhere closer to 63whp on good gas. This was on standard 110. Not to bad though. DRG's work is top notch. I definately recommend him to anyone thats looking for that racers edge.

blue is dasa pipe only and red is drg build. Enjoy

If your talking about Bill Reeds pipe its on my bike now and so far im very impressed with the dyno results. It has a kick arse curve across the board and makes killer over rev to. Its what Ill be running for 2010 more than likely.

Posted by: spanky101

Thats good to hear, I cant wait to see pictures and dynos of Bill's pipe. Should make great power!

Posted by: quadscrib

Ill be next in line for one as well! Hes got a few products in the works that I cant wait to get my hands on. Chad (Bills son) is one hell of a R and D rider...he is HARD on parts. If they survive him theyll survive anyone.
