i think 05 was the first year, 70 shifter
i know these are getting scarce, cobra had them last month in stock but we had no luck finding a used one.
the 70 single speeds use the same pipe as the 50.

A new shifter pipe part number XAEX2005 retail price is $178.98.
You can go to www.cobramotorcycle.com go to the tech suppport link and you can pull up owners manual. It will have all parts and part numbers in there that you may be looking for.
If you want to order parts feel free to give us a call at 256-766-4789 or you can call Cobra direct and order from them at 517-437-9100. You can also look on their website for authorized dealers that may be in your area.
If you have any questions please feel free to call us anytime.

Hey Sonia, just wanted to say hello, we havent seen you guys in a while. Will you be at Lorettas??
Ryan got his first win at Red bud sunday.
Posted by: mxkids
Yes we will be at Lorettas. We had everything ready for Red Bud and Brandon found out Wed. afternoon that he was on call. So we could not make it.
We did watch the live results, I was so proud of Ryan for that win. Tell him he did great.
If you need anything for lorettas give us a call or email me. Take care.

thanks.
As far as the pipe goes, make sure that it is loose at the silencer so it can move a little. We usually cut about a quarter inch off the end and use a rubberseal so the pipe wont bind and crack or break the silencer. Just a tip.
if you dont understand give Brandon tittle a call and he can hook you up.
