Ok, I did the clutch mod that was recommended to me on here(shoes down to 180g, and take out 2 rollers) aand you guys were right, it made it alot more impressive, and alot more fun to take out to the woods. Now I dont have to push it up every hill. Half way through our first ride it came apart, the outside drive plate on the front side of clutch came off anf stripped out the notches inside of it. I have a new one on the way, I figured out what i did wrong, but when I put it back together right, how do I get the belt on once eveything is put back together cause obviously my way didn't work?

You install the variator makinmg sure the keyway aligns up. Then the spacer, then you put the belt on.
Squeeze the belt into the back clutch to give slack to the belt, then install the outer face. The washer is a spring washer, make sure it's on correctly, then impact the nut on.
Hope that helps.
