Well Over the winter holidays i spent at my cottage i never stoped working except to ride around my snowmobile. I've got everything ripped down and ready. I've moddified my fcr 426 carb to work with a stock 400ex throtle cable(forgot to take pictures) so i wouldn't have to always order one from baldwin. It really wasn't that hard at all. Tearing down the 426 was fun... ahaha actualy i made my buddy and cousin do that.

Then i removed the diagonal uprights from the frame, so i can place them straight up and down like a 250r to fit the rad in.

yea i know my frame is dirty.!!

then i had to reinforce the corners of the frame.
these gussets rap all the way around like the stockers

sadly i havent took anymore pictures, mainly cause i forgot. but i am a little farther. But like i said i took a few brakes. one was to screw around on an old snowmobiile that we litlery beat the pi55 outa then jimmy rig it back together. we do like ghost rides, cliff drops and everything. We call this snowmobile the insane

i welded on a 250r bills pipe. its loud as heck. cause i didn't put on a silencer.

some of the pictures are blurry casue i was shaking and the camera was on super high quaility.

and my axles. The rpm is really nice. But the durablue has a nicer finish on it. But it will be my spare. considering they snap to easy.

indeed i do. but I have to wait on trinity for the pipe before i can make the mounts and outlaw to finish my pivot bolt collar. There really isn't that much worked invloved. Its going pretty smothly, and i've planned it all out. so it should go well.

i paid 3800 Can for the whole bike. its a 2000 yz426. it still had the stock tires on it. so thats like 2400$ U.S.

I think i got a pretty good deal don't you?

check out mxbubs post he posted awhile back just do a search. it doesn't take that much. custom motor mounts different swingarm collar, rad mounting. ect. and if you have read my post then you should now that i havent got the engine mounted yet anyway

yea i thought hat too. but you don't understand how mad i got when i snapped my axle in practice at my favorite track. I will keep it for awhile then i will sell it if i feel its safe to do so.

gonna be nice and fast. how did that r pipe work on the snowmobile? noticible difference? what are u doing with ur ex motor(putting it in the 426 frame? lol)

hahaha that pipe did basicalyy nothing. the machine is beat up its hard to tell. we think it may have given it some topend tho. like it takes awhile to feel it but it seems to wanna take off up i mean really up there. you need one He|| of a straight away. Thats just our beater sled we have much nicer machines then that. MUCH! hahaha. I don't think you could get anyworse.

i got the radiator from jrdmech.com it was on ebay. Its made by griffin. Its got all the same deminsions a a stock 250r rad but its double thick. its a real nice unit. I don't have any more pictures so far although i have made some progress. i forgot my camera last time i was working on it. And im still waiting on some parts, PIPE FROM TRINITY!!!

I put a 250r grab bar on, and it sticks out longer. so i should be ok. but i might cut it. But one things forsure is I'll never deal with trinity again!

bro was that the last race of the cmrc season?? wow i did terible that race. My engine was so screwed. i came second last outa the gates. Luckily there was a small pileup so i got around a few guys there. then it took me a while to pass more people.
