I'm thinking that I want to sell the front end on the cannondale, or trade for a long travel front end and some cash.

Lonestar +2, +1 forward (I think)

Tie rods

TCS triple rate ZPS front shocks (I am not sure, but I think they are from a trx450r? I am the second owner so I am not sure)

Brake lines (Tear in rubber outer layer but they work)

Wheels and tires (wheels are slightly dented on inside but are useable, 2x3). Tires have about 40% tread left

This would be for everything you stated, except for the shipping.
This does not include the uprights or the brakes themselves.
