still does pretty good on flat ground the hills are whats giving trouble. Also should i put stock back in or upgrade to a 1500 rpm red torque spring and maybe even the upgraded clutch springs?

First get the clutchs all apart and check it out (front and rear). Is the motor stock..?? making clutch mods with out more HP will make it worse. If the motors stock just freshing it all up will make it run like it used to. Did you check the comp. with a gauge....what did you get.
