'05 Raptor 350 w/Bent Frame...what's it worth?

How much would a '05 Raptor 350 with a bent frame be worth? It's bent on the left side, underneath the seat. Any ideas? Other than the frame the quad is in great shape.

$2000 or less, thats what they sell for in good condition round here.
