03 Blaster issue

MY 03 blaster is having more issue's. Is there anyone around you knows these quads? After I replaced the frame from it's fall. It doesn't run right. I can't get it to idle, and when I do get it to stay running (which isn't often) it ends up leaving him stranded. The spark looks pretty weak and the plug is usually wet. Then I got it to run with the idle really high by turning the screw under the seat and now the clutch is acting up and can't make it up a little hill.
