hey guys i have an 05' 450r and we r going up to silverlake soon..i have rigged up a sparky for my mx-4 but the bike seems to loose power with it in...how strickt are they at silver lake if i were to install the sparky arrestor to pass admission but then remove it once in the park? would i get checked any other time during the day?

you may get checked, but most enforcement is done at the gate.

they do have rangers out there now on a raptor, as well as actual DNR trucks... so if you do try it keep your eyes open when you're stopped.

yeah mostly at the gate, but you really never know, ive never been checked after the gate but i do know its about a 100$ fine and you'll be pushin or pullin it off, at least make it look like u have something, ill be up there the 24th-26 of this month, goodtimes and keep a eye out for drunkin f*cksticks

they will most likly check everytime with there little poker on weekends, and if you take it out once you get in just be smart and dont do anything stupid to get you pulled over... if you do try to go in without one and they see you dont have one they will just turn you back around, its not like you get in trouble or anything..

well guy's you know we dont want to turn the sand to glass
