anyone have a maier hood on a new body style 400ex?
im wanting to get a hood for mine but i havent seen any on the new 400s.

This isn't mine. It is a 1999 400ex im looking at buying. Dont know if its maier or not tho. Hope this helps.

here ya go...the hood part is dark...i would go get some in better light, but i have all the plastics off for cleaning

lonestar, that would mean that it gets out of the garage and onto the trailer...lol...i only had it out twice this year...seems when you work 80 to 90 hours a week from april until september, there isn't much time to ride...and what free time you do have, ends up being filled with sleep, household chores(i think next summer i might hire a one of the neighborhood kids to mow my yard for me), and the ever important family time...
but even when i do get to ride it, it never sits more than a day without being washed...i'm anal about that...fenders, wheels, and anything else i can take off comes off...if i do a quick clean on it, i spend about 6 hours, an in depth cleaning is usually 10 to 12 hours(teardown, clean and "rebuild") over a 2 or 3 day stretch...yes, i do this for every ride

thanks for letting me see what yall had. i have a black 400 and im still debating on wheather to buy a black or carbon fiber one
