Would you buy a Banshee if you were me?

Hi,

I'm just coming off a 250EX and I dont know if I should buy a gold old Z-400 that's reliable as heck or buy a little Banshee.

I know they are ttaly different machines but I tried both and I really like both. Either of them would please me but I dont know if I should take the risk to buy a Banshee?

Are they as bulletproof as a 400 would be or do they require a lot of maintenance and will often blow up? I'm looking to get a quad that wouldnt require a rebuild every year. If you tell me the Banshee will always require new pistons / rings / name it I will just cancel the plan...

In my opinion it depends on your ride area.

Wide open like dunes or desert or field, i'd pick the banshee.
Any trails or woods or MX/XC racing, i'd pick the Z.

personally, i'd pick Z.

Both should be reliable enough in proper tune. The banshee probably needing more often rebuilds (you dont have to do it every year if its a mild motor not all race decked out), but a lto cheaper to rebuild.
