Raptor 660 bottom end compatibility

Hi everyone,
I have an 01' Yamaha Raptor 660 with a shot transmission. I found another bottom end with a good tranny. It is off an 05' Raptor 660. Will the top end from the 01' fit with the bottom end from the 05'? Any help is greatly apretiated! Thanks to everyone in advance.
