09 DRX 50 blowing fuses

anyone else have this issue.
Where to start?

Ran fine last ride
Changed the clutch spring
and installed some new bars

found the blown fuse.
put in a new one and ran fine
once it was shut off it wouldn't
start again.

Any input would be appreciated.

You said you installed new bars check that the wires are not getting pinched

Double check the ground wire.
