Saw this on ebay. Anybody tried it. Does it work. Any info would be great.

Nope, it's all a gimmick.

You see, that "fan" is controlled by the intake pulling on it, causing it to spin. They try to make you think that it blows more air in, but in reality it actually reduces preformance. Intake preformance is based on volocity and flow. That being in the way creates a drag and reduces volocity.

Yeah thats what I thought to, a gimmick.
Seems like it would cause alot of turbulance. A friend of mine saw this and he thinks it will gain him as much as 13 hp. I think he would be wasting his money.
