My sons quad was running great but has been sitting for a few months. Now it starts up fine as long as the choke is on. But once you turn off the choke it dies. Any thoughts on why the choke has to be on? Thanks in advance

Try cleaning out the carb and puting fresh gas in her.

When cleaning out the carb take out the main and low speed jets and get them good with brake cleaner.

mine does the same when i turn the choke off, you have to rev it up to keep it on
