I have a trx 90 with a 124cc motor trying to find out what is the best carb set up.

We have used a Mikuni & Kehin 24mm carbs on 125 set ups.

XR/CRF100 stock carb (22mm) works very well! I am currently putting on a CRF150F carb (26mm) not done yet still rebuilding the trans. the flange is the same on TRX90 and the CRF... Also have went to a much bigger intake manifold.

Carb is on and seems to work very well... waiting for school to get out so my kid can test it out. The Air Cut off valve had to be relocated but that was easy. Throttle cable inner had to be cut shorter 41mm from stock CRF cable. Motionpro can do this for you if you cant. Still running stock thumb throttle. Also CRF80 petcock/fuel valve bolt right into tank.

Forget about school I am going to pick him up early for a field trip to the track!!!

He is 6 years old been riding gas power quads & bikes since he was 2 racing since 4... Front bumper is the new DG bumper available in black & silver

Looks like he handles it just fine! My son has been riding since 3 and I am hesitant to buy a gas-n-go for next year since we have 3 honda 90's for his big sister. I think I'll wait to see how much he grows by next spring.
