Help with jetting and snorkle

I am running a stock 50 LC and we are trying to get the bike jetted for a uni filter with a stock crome snorkle. I have it running great with the stock air filter and snorkle but no luck with the uni. I have went up as far as a 125 main and it still has a bluber. I also went up on the needle . I did one adjustment at a time still not good. I can put my stock filter on and a 105 m and it runs like a champ. Plug color does not change much.

I dont know how to translate to your 50 from our 90 but we had to go way up on the main to get it tuned right.

I am just lost on how big of a difference it is between the uni and the stock filter.
