my lt250 runs. its very easy to kick down. the weight of my foot makes the kick start go down. it starts up 2nd or 3rd kick.
do i need a rebuid?

Its not a good thing if the compression is that low.But If she still starts and runs as good as always i would say screw a rebuild. Or to make sure and dont wreck more stuff by still ridin it i would get a checkup on it.

Like said before, run a compression test. Most 2-strokes are relatively easy to kick over, but the weight of your foot shouldn't do it.
