well today i was riding my quad and i turned up the idle slightly. and it would run good in neutral but once in gear i would ride it would back fire and eventually die out and stall. i was assuming it was the floater.
suggestion and help would be great. thank you

check the fuel filter and the petcock, and check the carb.

what are the petcock and fuel filter?
and i opened up the carb and there was nothing serious that i saw of

the petcock is where the fuel line comes out of the tank
filter is on the line
