Toe out from the factory

Anyone check there front end toe settings. Appears mine has almost 3/4 " toe out. Dos'nt surprise me though the dealer also installed the tires backwards. Any adjust theres?

after i bought mine i noticed the front wheels were not seated all the way against the front spindle and come to find out the washers they used as spacers for mounting it to the shipping cart were still there and made the wheel wobble pretty bad...
