hey guys it think i have a problem with my oil pump. can i just empty the oil tank and run premix? i heard of block off plates but what do they do and do i need them?

people will tell you to get the block off kit, but all i did was to take the oil pump apart and take out the plastic gear inside and plug up the oil line hole and use premix 32:1 have not one problem
