I just bought a 1986 250r and Im looking to rebuild it. Engine is newly rebuilt so Im trying to figure out where to go next. What do you guys think my next steps should be and what are the more important things to buy first. And is there any websites or anyone that can help me find these parts? thanks for the help.

front shocks defeneatly. the stockers BLOW. get a arms or an axle. the R's are very narrow in the front stock.

What type of riding are you going to be doing with your 250R?

mostly flat track and and free riding i have 1000 acres of open land, where i just go out and ride, I also have a track made but no jumps or anything

for a quad to handle its best you need the front wider than the rear.
