Scrambler 90x air filter ?

Are the stock filters supposed to be oiled? And if so which side? One side is foam and the other kind of fuzzy/furry and yellow.Also what kind of oil? Called polaris but they were not much help.

I run a stock replacement filter from UNI and yes it is oiled.

The entire filter gets oiled. Squeeze out the excess oil and install.
