ok i had a yuasa OEM battery in my 250ex since day one and it worked fine for about 4 years.. so after that died i just bout a brand new moto power no maintenence battery from RM.com... when i got the battery i opened it up but the acid in it hooked it up to my quad and nothing soo i looked around and saw something about having to charge it. after reading that i put the battery on a charger for about 5 hours went out hooked it up to my quad and still nothing. what gives??? i need an answer plz idk whats wrong with it!!!!

get a battery tester and check the voltage on it, it could be your battery charger its better to use a trickle charger on something like that

you should charge you battery on a two amp trickle charge. charging it at a higher amp will actually ruin the battery. usually it take me about 6 to 8 hours to charge a battery that is brand new.
