660 raptor snorkle question?

I rejetted my carbs too pro circuit jetting specs for a t4 exhaust which are, first main 145 second main 150 because i thought it was starving for gas, which it was because the jets that were in it were 146,148.I took it for a ride and still had the same problem.(which was an occasional miss then pop coming from the carbs) Then i was told too take of the snorkle because it was lacking air.Question is what do i do with the breather hose that runs to the crank case?Because it is still sucking a decent amount of air threw it.Small air filter?
