Hello all. I have a 2003 Warrior and would like to find out what size and brand of tires other riders use. I currently use 22-11-8
mud tires. I do have 9" rims that I could use.
I ride mostly trails.
Also does the smaller the tire increase speed or reduce speed or not make a difference?

a smaller tire will reduce your top speed, but allow you to get up to speed quicker cause it gears it down. I run a 20-11x9 fast trakker tire on the trails and carlisle turf tamers in a 20-11x10 for racing most of the time. hope i'm helpful. good luck.

also a stiffer side-wall will allow it to slide a little better too, thats why i bumped up to a 10inch rim for racing, the sidewall is stiffer cause its the same size tire on a bigger rim. most of the guys i know that do a lot of trail riding go with a basic holeshot tire from ITP or the maxxis razer. good all around tread for trails and track.

Yup if you want a good value tire I recommended the maxxis razrs. They grip well and should last along time.
