L.S. in Utah is about 50,000 acres BTW.
Plus it has this monster hill:

I love that pics
How long is that hill ?

The height of the hill is about 600 feet to the very top so maybe 500+ feet before you get to the part where everybody turns around and stops at. I think that it's close to 1/4 mile long.
The side to the right of the ridge isn't too steep but to the left it's pretty steep and that's where the hardcore hillshooters race. It's a nice view from up top - like this:

QuadJunkies, have you been to L.S. in Utah??? It''s not too far from you and a lot of fun.
Unlike St. Anthony, you can get everywhere with your 300ex.

No we have never been, but.. I would like to plan to go next year..
I personally like the challenge at St. Anthonys
I just could use a lil more power...I cant imagine it being any funner than St. Anthonys, but I would like to try a new place every summer, So how far do you think it is from the Boise area?
Posted by: WyoDuner
It looks like it's around 430 miles from Boise.
Farther than St. Anthony but it is really worth the trip. I drive 550 miles to get there....
I like St. Anthony better but Little Sahara is a close 2nd. Check it out sometime but you gotta go in spring or fall since it's pretty hot in the summer.
