Foreman backfiring on decel!! HELP!!

I am working on a foreman that backfires on decel and cannot figure out why it does it. I have adjusted valves, replaced exhaust seals. richened the jets in the carb. Two guys I work with also have the same problems with theirs. Does anyone have a fix for this or is it just something that this models does.

Try adding a shim or 2 under the needle. M3 machine screw washers work good.
