I use the Kids On Quads setup. We are having issues with breaking the Tie Rods. Any one using this setup have any words of wisdom?

We have KOQ suspension but haven't had that problem. We've bent one & I had a local machine shop make a replacement.

im just putting mine together and noticed were the threads have been machined it looks like its gone a bit to far in like the security bolts used in old car steering colums .
i replaced the with some i had made as well have'nt noticed anything else if there is anymore problems please let me know
