I have a 2001 250EX. Its getting the Web Cam, R/D Titanium valve springs, and a .40 over Wiseco piston...anything I should know?

I already have a Pro Circuit T4 pipe, Dynojet Stage 2 jets, and a K&N filter

I'll be getting a AMR Monster coil and Big Gun CDI box later on but not anytime soon.

the overbore does nothing for power unless old piston is beat and low on compression. now.........higher compression piston and cam, now your talking! i had an 86 quadsport 230 i bought new......cam,10.5 piston,open lid,rejetted,exhaust, it ran hard for a 230 for sure.it was a good bit quicker than the 04 trx250ex i have for the boss lady.

the piston in 10.5:1 and the cam is a .330 lift on the intake and .303 on the exhaust, so i think im bumping up the compression a little

well if you havent done it yet look at thumper racings 280 kit its only like 500$

lol wish i had that kinda money...maybe next time, the .40 over piston on ran me 189 for a full top end kit
