Honda Rancher Oil Leak ?

I have a 2001 Honda rancher 350 4x4 Manual shift that runs excellent. I just notice a seeping oil leak from above the sparkplug that appears to be a gasket is this something to worry about or just keep an eye on my oil. I want to fix it my self but not sure if im brave enough to take the top end of motor off can anyone help? Do I just need a new gasket? How much would a dealership charge to do it? It does not smoke or burn oil!
