Oh ya... Almost forgot...
Looking outside, It looks like rain.. Have never been in the wet sand.. Any differences? good/bad...

Oh your parking in the washes near the glamis store... We actually camp on the other side off Gecko Rd. Well eithier way look for us down there....
Wet sand is no different actually that I felt. 2 thanksgivings ago it rained on us and had no problem. In the trucks it's kinda a biaaatch to see but on a quad I had no problems as long as you wipe your goggles every now and than...

hey wicked are you heading out there in jan 18. 4 stroke wars? by the way thats a nice avi, what kind of lift do you have on that?
Posted by: Str8Wicked
I most likely will roll for on the 18th as long as my truck & quad are running fine.....
The Avi has a 12 inch suspension lift on 37's... gonna add a 3 inch body lift on 40's hopefully really soon
Posted by: Str8Wicked
Bulletproof suspension....

IM HERE! I went to buttercup yesterday and today. I will probly head out tomorow and maybe the rest of the week. I wanna hit up Glamis this coming weekend though! Damn, its way better to dune in the winter than summer cuz WAY more poeple here!
Posted by: SAND LUVR
hey wicked thats good you have a winch on the back of your avi. I might get stuck out in glamis someday and need a pull. I only drive a little taco extra cab 4x4. hope fully I will get my lift this summer.
Posted by: Str8Wicked
as long as your aired down you'll have no problem. My cousin has a 02 Tacoma 4x4 with the V6 and damn that thing can truck... Usually I don't run the winch at Glamis, II pull enough people out just having a tow strap... If I had my winch on I'd be stuck all day pulling everyone out...lol
Taco's are bomb off-road trucks.....
Posted by: Str8Wicked
The date is off in the pic cause I know for sure it is at least an 01 or 02....
Posted by: SAND LUVR
hey wicked that looks like my truck its 2001 white extra cab and a v6. one time I got stuck out in pismo because I did not air down oh what a blast it is
Posted by: Str8Wicked
I've been trying to buy my wife one.. I love my cousins.. that thing is mean off-road and nice on-road....
My cousin's we are putting a 6 inch suspension lift and 3 inch body lift with 37's... Probably gonna put a TRD Supercharger on it as well.... I'm gonna end up hooking his up for him like I did my Avi....
Posted by: motoxracer690
sweet... I have an 02 TRD.. I would like to see the finished product.. Went weelin last night in the mud.. On stock tires, I waisted half the folks out there in lifted monsters.. What a difference the diff lock makes..
Posted by: Str8Wicked
Not only that.. Toyotas are good off-road.. actually they do worse off-road when you lift them high up and put bigger tires.. They truck nicer if you add a maybe 4 inch max lift with like 33 tires....
My cousin wants it looking crazy thou so that's why we are going with a 9 inch total lift....
Posted by: SAND LUVR
hey thats what im going to get a 4inch lift and 33's.im thinking about super swampers what would you suggest wicked?
Posted by: Str8Wicked
Some swampers if you don't mind the noise... If your looking for a more quiet street/off-road tire than go with aPro comp Mud Terrain or Xterrain... I like beffy tires so I like swampers...
By the way... Glamis was a blast....
