I am looking into trading my 2007 Yamaha WR250F for a 2005 Yamaha Raptor that is in great shape. My question is what do I have to look out for on this model?
Also can anyone tell me anything you can about this model I havent really paid much attention to them so I am really naive about them if you can help me out it will be greatly appreciated.
I am trading my bike due to the fact that I am having a ton more fun riding my other four wheeler which is a 2007 Polaris Outlaw 525, I am wondering how the Raptor compares to my Outlaw.
Thanks in advance I have gotten nothing but good info on this site.

i'd say dont trade. if it were an 06 700 then yeh. but you wont see that much difference from the 525, unless its IRS.

My Polaris is an IRS model

well then its gonna really depend on the type of riding you do. The 660 is gonna have more torque available and is gonna be a little more sturdy in the corners with the solid axle, but the 660 isnt wide at all and it very top heavy. what do you think the value of your bike is? cus you can def. find a 700 for around 4500 or a bit less if your lucky
