On the 505SX there is a switch in the throttle thumb. I would like to replace this with throttle grip from motocross bike. I do not know what to do with this switch. Can I just cut this switch off and conect the wires?

NO DO NOT CUT IT mount it some place that you can hit the switch to start the quad.
