08 Honda Rubicon Cold Weather Starting

I have heard tht the 09 Rubicon as a heated carb to help in cold weather starting. I stopped by the dealership and the sales department said this is on the 08 Rubicon. Does anyone know if this is true? Does the 08 Rubicon have a heated carb and if so how does it work. If the 08 does not have this heated carb can it be added? Or how can you make it start in extreme cold weather?
