trx300fw help needed

1995 honda trx300fw. 4x4. no spark. has new stator, cdi, alarm box next to cdi box. will sometimes spark when hitting the start button but only sparks once when you go to let off it.
will not spark at all with kick starter. will not spark if you jump the solenoid

any ideas as to what to check or what it might be ???
