one person in the page 4 of the rides sections for 250ex's has shaved fenders but they arent shaved very much.

I think it looks pretty cool and if my plastic didn't look so good I would do that.

I don't have a digital camera so I can't post any pics, but I have an 01 250ex and I have shaved the front fenders back...hmm, maybe two inches on the sides. I started where the fender starts to flare and eased the air cut off wheel in to it. Then I used a demel to clean up the cut. I am having a difficult time trying to get a roll in to the fender though. It takes time, you have to be patient or if you eff up you will be ticked off at yourself, 'cause when you cut, you can't go back. Hope this helps, if you have any other questions just shoot.

i was thinkin about doin the same thing, only i would cut them rite where the bend starts and the back i would juss leave alone because my backs are fine, but my fronts..... well another story

or i was juss gonna order a whole new plastic set because my plastic is craked in the front from me casing a 30 foot tripple(stung a bit), but hey its all good

30 foot tripple? Good gosh dude! Hope you have a skid plate under there. If it wasn't for my skid plate, I would have bent the frame already!:devil
