I have a 89 mojo with big gun full system exhaust and a K&N....when it starts im able to ride it, but when it dies it wont start again.. its like it fouled the plug. i bought a new plug and tried to start it for over a hr and nothing happened, it didnt sound like it wanted to start, we checked to see if it was getting spark and it was. Its like its getting too much fuel and flooding itself out. any thoughts of what it could be

Try checking the valve adjustment. Sounds as if they are getting tight after warming up. Get you a repair manule.

Check your valves..

Then check your spark (simpler, so could be done first) My Mojave developed weak spark as a count of a weak stator. Would not hit a lick.

i have a new stator so its getting spark, but would the valves not let you start it?

No it will not start if the valves are out of adjustment especially if they are too tight
