will it hurt anything if i paint my heatshield w/ regular krylons spray paint??

thanks

and which color do you guys think i should go w/?

gloss black or glossy apple red

You have a 2k2 400ex, so the shield shouldnt look that bad, if you paint it it wont come out looking as good as the rest of the bike most likely....but if you do, sand it down, primer it and then apply your paint

have it done right.

I painted mine with high temp paint-I went with yellow to match the plastic.I just used a wire wheel attached to a bench grinder to get the orignal piant off and then painted with the new color.I also painted the bolts black-looks real good.

it doesnt look bad but i want it in red or black, just like the plastics...

you guys think i should buy some high-temp paint?..

should i go w/ pj1 or will anything work?
